Long-distance move from Cleveland, OH to Billings, MT

Unbelievably horrific

The worst possible moving experience. After signing the contract based off of promises and timelines this company completely disregarded any verbal confirmation and then would dismiss, redirect, lie, omit, avoid, and become aggressive. This treatment continues repeatedly and if there’s a response to this review it will more than likely be more of the same and a great look into what you will be dealing with if you hire them. Aside from never being on time, ability to follow directions, deliveries weeks later than promised and a complete lack of coordination; if you call with a question or concern you are met with aggression and gaslighting. For example you will call with a concern only to be told I’m not dealing with you. Then you’re transferred to customer service without asking. You will be waiting for a resolution that will never come. Moving is stressful and this kind treatment is unacceptable especially to a disabled female veteran. When I was dealing with Sonia from customer service and informed her of this she ultimately condoned this kind of treatment and defended it. She told me she and the manager did not see anything wrong with this. All this which I have proof and they could not produce any on their end. They wouldn’t even apologize. This is truly what they must think of customers and also veterans. These are facts of which can be proven as well everything in this review. Next they require two payments one upon pickup and one upon delivery. They give estimates for these. Before pick up or drop off they give a final price different from the estimate to be paid. This is expected and normal. Days later they call and ask for more money in an unexplained charge along with a threat to withhold property if not paid because it’s their policy. Upon asking to explain these charges they couldn’t so they waited until final drop off to charge the final drop off price plus the unexplained charges on top of that price and again threatened to withhold property unless paid. After explaining to customer service (Sonia)this problem she informs me they do not give customers invoices or billing statements unless requested. When I requested them I learned they actually only produce the invoice that day when requested and could not produce any record of charges at the time they were requested to be paid. When told this is concerning because it leaves room to manipulate and charge however they want during a move and withhold property without any proof these charges are legitimate. Again their stance is this business model is completely acceptable and we promise we don’t do that. Unbelievable. So they produce an invoice weeks after the move was completed with no acceptable legitimacy. Also, Morse moving was told not to use old moving boxes located on property filled with mouse feces and spider eggs. They used them anyway and charged for them (as if they were new boxes they provided) according to the invoice they made weeks after payments were received. Again, Sonia and management find this acceptable. I can only assume this family thinks less than nothing of their customers, veterans, laws or accountability and seem to operate in a grey area. They cannot produce a single legitimate piece of evidence about any of these problems. Only that they don’t see a problem. I have to think there’s a reason for such vague evasive business practices and I don’t think it’s a good one. Also, I have email correspondence and records of service so they cannot say they have no record of this move.

Local move from Livonia, MI to Ypsilanti, MI

Good experience, good value.

We looked around at moving reviews, and it seemed like every company had horror stories. We used Allied Van Lines before, so we called them and got Morse. The price quote and level of service (protecting your furniture and floors was included) was good but not unbelievable.
Ray and Cullen came out on move day and were very quick and courteous. None of our stuff was damaged, and they didn't cut any corners. They made sure everything was unloaded in the proper place, so we had no extra work moving things again. And they made sure everything was safe for our toddler. They were fast, polite, and a pleasure to have take care of our move!

Long-distance move from Michigan to Colorado

Morse Moving & Storage.

We hired Morse Moving for a move from Ann Arbor to Colorado. Our move cost us $3,000. We did all the packing ourselves except for the furniture (which we were told not to pack because the movers would do a better job). Morse did provide us with boxes, free of charge, which we very much appreciated. Because we moved from a downtown location, our load had to be stored at their storage facility for a few days. The Ann Arbor part went fine--very helpful sales rep (Chris). They were higher than the other bid (Corrigan) but Chris was so great and reassuring that we chose Morse. Since we weren't a full load, Allied (Morse) loaded our stuff on a van from another Allied company. I had asked if they transferred and they said no. These drivers were dreadful. I kept having to call them about the delivery date and they were several days late. But the really dreadful thing was the damage done to our furniture. Chris had assured us that the drivers were careful. They were not. They broke two heirloom chairs and a table. Every single box was beaten up. Apparently, they had delivered 4 loads and then picked up another 4 loads, so our stuff was moved on and off the truck 4 times. Aggravating the damage was the drivers' attitude--they were not apologetic and continued to be careless even while we were watching--throwing boxes from the truck that landed on the ground. Claims people were not helpful either. They devalued the chairs and in the end we were not compensated for the damage. I was very disappointed in the response from Morse--even the folks who had been so kind in Ann Arbor. No one seemed to care or be willing to try to make things right. I recommend Corrigan even if their up-front sales person isn't as charming as Morse.  .

MI to PHX Move.

Still fighting for my reimbursement with Sirva. They want to offer us half of what we are owed. We were insured! Read the reviews on using Allied as your moving company. Its the same thing over and over. Either they break your things or they just disappear. When you try to get them to reimburse you they want to make you an offer. WHAT? Make an offer? How do you replace your things with half of what you are owed? Its a constant battle that we probably wont win. If someone believes they are being scammed by a moving company, they can sue, but are severely limited. All moving companies are protected by a law called the Carmack Amendment, which limits recovery in a lawsuit to:

Actual damages
Prejudgment interest
Attorney's fees

Photos below were not being considered at all. They do not cover broken items. This isn't close to our missing items such as an expensive RC Car & Sewing machine, bedding and more!

Long-distance move from Fishers, IN to Nashville, TN

Lost furniture.

Has anyone seen our big red sofa? Or our 10 foot ladder? Mores Allied Van lines have lost these items and cannot find them. The sofa is custom-made and is part of a group. They also broke several items and we have not had a lot of communication with them. We’ve been told to file a claim. Not much apology on the side of Morse Allied Van lines. If you are looking to move in the near future and you value your belongings, you may wish to check out other options. We are trying to figure out out how you lose a large red sofa. Maurice Allied Van lines Has not take that much interest in our items. Very disappointing. We trusted them with our belongings and they let us down. With not much apology. Who loses the sofa?? Poor customer service.

Long-distance move from Toledo, OH to Ashburn, VA

Do Not Use Morse Moving!

TLDR at the end. I went with the cheapest of three quotes and I regret it. John Green did a nice job of remotely estimating my move (due to COVID, we had a video chat) which was on the smaller side of a typical amount of goods to be moved from Ohio to Virginia. The total came out to just over $3,500 and I thought that was a very reasonable price and about 15% cheaper than the next highest bid.

Due to the smaller load, it had to be packed onto one truck, transported on that truck to a warehouse in Michigan, then stored until it could be loaded onto a different truck that was making multiple stops heading east. I understand that is how they make small moves economical and I accepted that the delivery window would be 3 weeks long. After the movers packed my goods the scheduler, Tracey Pritchett contacted me and I agreed to a delivery on 5/16/2020 between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM. I called on Friday 5/15/2020 at 2:30 PM to confirm the delivery and was told that "I am your next call, let me doublecheck and call you back". I called back at 5:25 PM to again confirm with Tracey and she confirmed that the delivery would arrive the following day. The next morning at 9:30 AM my phone rings. It's Tracey. She has called to inform me that not only will my goods not be delivered today, but they haven't even been loaded on the truck in Michigan. She doesn't know why the driver couldn't make the delivery because he never returned any of her messages, she "assumed everything was good to go".

I later get a call on Monday 5/18/2020 and Tracey informs me that my goods will be delivered on Friday 5/22/2020. I inform her that I am already scheduled out of town for work Friday through Saturday and I cannot be there to accept delivery and there is no one else in the household; I asked for delivery on Thursday. Impossible, she states. Her supervisory Bethany Gutowski calls me back later to verify that I cannot be there to accept delivery on Friday. I confirm emphatically, I will be working out of town. Today, 5/20/2020 I receive an email with an invoice for an additional $1,041 for storage from Friday through next Tuesday and they will be able to deliver my goods on Wednesday. They won't even tell me what time the delivery will be until the day before. I do have a new job that doesn't allow me to just phone it in. I guess that doesn't matter to them.

TLDR: I paid for a service to pack and move household good for me. They did a great job packing them. The transportation of them from Point A to Point B resulted in them standing me up on a CONFIRMED delivery with less than 1 hour notice, then informing me that if I couldn't be at my new residence to accept delivery on the date that they TOLD me I HAD to be there, it results in an additional charge of $1,041 to 'store my goods' for an additional 6 days. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MORSE MOVING AND STORAGE. In fact, I highly recommend that you take the next highest bid, which for me was "Two Men and a Truck" for my particular move. I have been on hold with them for enough time to have heard over and over on their on-hold voice messaging that 'mistakes are costly', doing moves the first time is important to them', and 'customer satisfaction is their number one priority'. Not true. I wish I would have checked reviews on them before making a decision!

*If you can't accept delivery on the day they direct, you are SOL and will be charged whatever they feel like.

Long-distance move from Michigan to California

44 days to move! 44 days! And they think its okay.

43 days ago Morse Moving packed my house up to move me across the country. I have yet to receive my stuff and they are charging me ~$7000 for this service. There customer support seems to think that is is perfectly acceptable. "We are just busy in the summer" is what I have been told. They refuse to compensate me anything. Today they even tried to process the rest of my payment on my credit card today without my permission and without delivery of my items. I could have moved my house myself but opted to pay "professionals" to make it easier for me. Boy was I wrong. Don't use Morse. Just google their name and you will find others with the same story at me. 1.5 starts on yelp, 14 complaints on BBB, etc.

Would give NO stars if possible.

DISHONEST MOVER. NO STARS!!Our sales rep was great but things went horribly wrong from there. Moved from Michigan to Colorado; two days before move Morse said "oh by the way we don't have a driver, no big deal." BIG deal to me. On moving day they took my stuff (moving guys were unprepared to pack the large artwork the sales rep said they would pack) and since no driver was available put it in THEIR storage facility. My homeowner's insurance only had a 10 day window to insure my stuff so I had to pay an extra $380 to Morse for insurance (that smells fishy). My stuff arrives 3 weeks later, driver says according to his paperwork not all my stuff was loaded on the truck! How do they let that happen? I made a list of missing property and sent it to Morse; they say they're looking for it. No communication from them unless I request an update, but fast forward a couple months:They say I have to fill out a claim form, which I did; then nothing from them for a couple more months, now no one will return my calls or emails, even the VP. I file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which prompts Morse to send me a letter saying the misplacement is MY fault and have a nice day. I document back to them their paperwork shows my shipment was incomplete and should never have left their warehouse like that, and no response. I'm going to have to sue them.

Morse Moving.

I have never been treated as badly by any professional services company as I have been by Morse Moving. In January I scheduled a visit from Tony to budget my move from Birmingham to Franklin, MI. He took a detailed inventory of everything that needed to be moved and gave me a quotation of $2,200 and estimated that the move would take less than 8 hours. On the day of the move the crew took over 16 hours and charged me $3,500. I wouldn't have minded but 3 hours were wasted trying to back the truck into my new driveway that was clearly too narrow. The only notable return for the 3 hours was a mailbox that they managed to destroy on one of their unsuccessful attempts to reduce the distance to the house by 10-15 yards. I was informed 3 days prior to the move that my gym equipment would require a specialist technician at additional cost. I reluctantly accepted the cost but when the specialist tried to rebuild my treadmill it gave an Error Code 22 and it's never worked since. Despite my repeated attempts for Morse to accept responsibility I've been rebuffed. Please, please, please don't use this company unless you want to be fleeced. Sometimes bad things happen to good companies but the true test of a good company is admitting responsibility when mistakes are made. By this and any customer service measure Morse Moving are a bad company!!

Morse Moving in Michigan.

My experience with Morse Moving from Michigan to Seattle was horrible. I am surprised they are still in business.

They missed on their estimation. They did not get everything on one truck. The delivery was three days late. The second truck was 10 days later. They charged me an additional $750 which was disputed. They had no interest in resolving the dispute. In addition, they hurt my credit rating even though this was a company paid move.

It seems like their price guarantee is a marketing gimmick and nothing more. They had horrible customer service and no desire to make sure the customer is satisfied.

Moving across the country is a very stressful experience. Finding a moving company that understands this and does what it says it will do is critical.

Morse Moving is not that kind of company. I recommend finding another company that cares.

Damaged Furniture.

The good:  excellent, professional sales rep, prompt and polite movers.  HOWEVER, way more bad than good!  If you have high end furniture, this is NOT the company for you.  We had major damage to our solid mahogany bedroom and dining room sets.  We cringed as we saw our mahogany armoire being pulled up the stairs with barely any padding around it.  Even though the movers themselves were kind, this doesn't make up for incompetence.  They dropped the ball with severe cracks and multiple major scratches on our beautiful furniture.  In addition, they marked up our newly painted walls.  We were devastated, but had some comfort knowing that we purchased the extra insurance through Morse to cover us for instances like these.  However, this is when the process got worse.  The claims manager we had to deal with was extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.  Furthermore, she had the audacity of insinuating that we were claiming for damages that were already pre-existing.  It has now been 2 months since our move, and over 1 month that the company sent a furniture repair company out to estimate the damages.  We have made several phone calls/emails in this past month to find out what the status of the claim is, without any response.  Filed a claim with the BBB, and that finally got a response from the company.  They're only admitting to damaging one furniture piece even though more were listed on the mover's final invoice/sign-off.  And instead of repairing the damages, they're supposedly sending out a check for $150.00.  That doesn't even come close to the cost of the stress cracks they created in our mahogany armoire.  Completely disappointed with this company!!  It has been an utter nightmare!!  Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Morse Moving / Allied.

We contracted with Morse Moving & Storage (Allied Van Lines)  to move our home belongings from Benton, AR to Parker, CO.  They were not the cheapest moving quote and not the highest.  Morse made the decision to use the weights provided by United Van Lines quotation and Mayflower's quotation instead of coming out to the house and taking inventory themselves.  Unfortunately both quotations were underweight. The truck arrived two days early and asked if they could load the storage units.  We agreed.  They then came to our home and found they could not load the entire house.  They made contact with Morse and arrangements were made to pick up the remainder the second day (approximately 20% of our home belongings). We are almost thirty days past the day of pick-up and we still don't have the second load.  Unfortunately we did not know two loads were going to happen so could not plan accordingly (i.e. make sure all essentials are in the first load).  Therefore we have partials of almost everything.  Example:  Ironing board but no iron; computer but no keyboard or mouse; shirts but no pants; mattresses but no bedding; some pots and pans but no dishes; etc.).  In addition, medicines, medical supplies and our household financial records are in this second truck.  When I called Joseph Browser, in effect I was told they could keep our belongings as long as they wanted.  They would get here when they get here.I am astonished at this company's handling of this move.  I am doing everything I can to be a squeaky wheel but there has been no movement.  I have been given multiple delivery dates with every one of them missed.  Today was another delivery date promise broken.  We have used Mayflower and United in the past and we have NEVER had this experience.  I would NEVER use Morse or Allied again and would recommend everyone steer clear. .

Wish I would have read reviews. DO NOT USE.

This company is the worse. The Sales staff is rude and treat the customers like garbage. They quote you one thing then after they come pick up your stuff and have it they up the price by about $1000.00 What a joke. Also the sales staff never reviews the insurance with you and just marks you down for the option that apparently only pays for the least amount They know that they are going to damage 20% of your goods and do not want to have to pay for anything. Then they admit breaking things but then will not pay you for the damage. Also, do not send valuable items like tablets or Video game consoles with them as they will not make it back. And of course they will not reimburse you for the stolen items. The lady running the claims is a joke she refuses to answer emails or calls and is a coward and sends letters in the mail to tell you she is rejecting it. Then she will play games asking you to get quotes for the repairs because they may pay them, only to reject the claim again. I feel bad for the guys who actually show up and do the moving because they are actually nice and helpful. But everyone in the offices and sales department give them a bad name. I would not send my worst enemy to this company.

Long-distance move from Indiana to Nevada

They STEAL your property!!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Let me first say THEY ARE TERRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They packed our house in Indiana when my fiancé and I were moving to Las Vegas for relocation. Three guys came to our house and complained that they had to pack some of our stuff (that's why my fiancé's company hired you)? Mind you, we packed 75% of our house before they arrived. We had a 65' LG 4K Smart TV that my fiancé helped one of the men take off the wall. This is really the main reason for my post. The TV NEVER MADE IT TO OUR NEW HOUSE?? Yes, they stole our TV and it has been almost three months since we have been in our new house and we are still struggling to even get a response from anyone at this company? They keep giving us the run around, we even had to file a police report. They stole from us and we are the ones that have to go out of our way and continue to reach out to get this resolved? Doesn't make any sense? The main excuse they give is, the guy that wrote out the inventory sheet of our things didn't put the TV on the inventory sheet? How convenient! But news flash Morse Moving , they didn't put several of our boxes/things on the inventory sheet so how can you even use that as an excuse? You clearly don't have a good system in place to ensure your clients receive all of their things. They also, broke one of our expensive lamps that WAS on the inventory sheet and won't even compensate us for that? The worst customer service I have ever seen! We have moved several times in the last five years (at least 5 times) and the companies we work for have used several moving companies and we have NEVER had this problem before. This move costed upwards of $15,000 and they can't do the right thing and compensate us for our stolen tv (oh and our surround sound system that was hooked up to the tv, weird the whole tv system is gone?) or the lamp that was broken? Unbelievable
Do not do business with this company, they don't deserve the business! They don't deserve the money and they should be accountable for their actions.

Morse moving was fantastic!!

We just wanted to say that we had an AMAZING experience with TJ and his crew at Morse Moving & Storage with Allied Van Lines. They were efficient, perfectly friendly and professional. They really took care of everything for us and were even able to move things around when I changed my mind - completely hassle free.

I would hands down recommend this team and this company and honestly, 5 stars doesn’t even come close to rating them. They are off the charts awesome!!

Additionally, Samantha Cline our service consultant was excellent throughout the process in checking in to ensure things were going smoothly and to see if we had any further questions.

Our loading experience was also efficient and friendly!
Truly everything surpassed our expectations.

Thank you for making this move out of state (a first for our family) and from MI to Georgia as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

HORRIBLE experience with Morse Moving.

No regard for your time, your belongings, legal documents, your home, or your state of mind.

This company tried to overcharge me $5000 beyond our binding contract. They planned delivery one week late to destination. On delivery date, driver showed up four hours late. Then driver was in such a rush to leave at end of day (before move was even complete) that he pushed me to sign documents stating no damage to premises (there WAS damage to my home).

I will be making delay claims for their tardiness. I will be making damage claims for damage to property and home. We will see if the added insurance I purchased from them protects me?

How has management responded? They haven't. Not one call. Not one apology or explanation. Not one offer to make things right. Apparently they are very busy signing up their next customer.

If I had to do it again, Morse would not be a consideration in managing all of the items that are special to me and fill my home.

Morse Moving and Storage.

The worst moving company in metro Detroit. The movers are not trained or qualified to move and wrap furniture.Almost every piece was scratched , damaged or dropped. They could not figure out how to take a bed apart and ended up calling someone else to do it.Stored my furniture in a storage facility where it was stacked so bad that everything fell over and was damaged further.
The management was no help and would not do anything to satisfy us.They basically said too bad that you used us and we are not responsible for any of our actions. It truly is amazing that they are still in business.

Horrible communication and organization.

After emailing with two of their associates (Cynthia and Becky) for over a month, we ended up no where. They would suggest a date for pick up, we would confirm and then they would say the date was no longer available. This happened at least twice. Then they finally confirmed a date, but no one showed up! At that point we dropped their company and went with a different one. We received no apology from them.

Nightmare!!

I contacted Morse Moving and Storage over 5 months prior to my move. I met with a gentleman who got me set up to have my things moved. He connected me with my representative who would assist in helping me move. I spoke with her on several occasions. The week prior to moving I tried unsuccessfully to contact my representative to ensure we were all set. I later found out the rep had quit and another person was picking up my move. Long story short - the company phoned me the night before to let me know the movers would be at my home by 1pm. The day of the move I got a call at 730am to say they would be at my home by 9am and if I wasn't ready they would not be able to move me. I tried to compromise with the lady to ask if 11am would be sufficient because I had 3 children to get settled and out of the way of movers. Needless to say that fell on deaf ears - she wouldn't allow this. I contacted my sales guy to see if he could intervene..needless to say he was unsuccessful. Morse did not move me. I was left to find another mover in less than 48 hours because I had closed and sold my home.

Do Not Recommend.

They moved us after living in our house for 25 years. After the move, I had several necklaces stolen, a damaged gutter, a damaged gun safe, and several dishes broken. While they agreed to pay for the gutter, the repairs have been completed and the bill has still not been paid by Morse/Allied. The gun safe was only reimbursed at half the cost to repair due to limited liability. Broken dishes were not replaced since it was "our fault" for not checking all the boxes (over 50) to ensure nothing was broken after a 9 hour move. The necklaces were stolen during the move - they were at old house but never made it to our new house. They were very sentimental to me and Morse/Allied didn't seem to interested in trying to make amends. Their solution was to file a police report since they had already asked all of the movers from that day if they had stolen them. No offer to pay to replace the necklaces or to pay for the full amount it will cost to repair the safe that they damaged during the move!

I would NOT recommend them for any move. I have contacted their claims manager, sales rep that gave us the original estimate, and a customer rep to share my displeasure with the move. None of them will return my call or email. I was able to talk to Dave Morse and he was supposed to get back to me. It's been 10 days and still haven't heard from him. Their customer service is sub-standard.

Horrible excuse for a business.

Chris at Morse Moving came highly recommended from my employer, yet my experience was nothing less than a nightmare. Chris came out and quoted my move as 4 movers loading and 4 movers unloading. When I obtained a different quote offering fewer workers I called to confirm the number.

Moving day comes and I learn that I have 2 workers and a leader who does nothing but scream and yell at the workers and uses very colorful language in front of my daughter.

As they are moving items I am cleaning and helping to move items out of the way. I was told this was an 8 hour job which turned into a 13 hour job due to the missing 2 workers who were promised. The workers told me the “leader” did not pack the truck with the needed supplies.

On day 2 of the move, delivering my items, I find that the proceeded to drag my white tempurpedic mattress thru the dirt. They did not bag the mattress as promised.

Morse Moving is not covering the $2800 to replace the mattress that their movers blatantly ruined. Not only that, they did not put my daughters bed frame together correctly and it broke while she was sleeping in the bed. They stacked my storage unit haphazardly and I have now had an avalanche inside the unit that has resulted in broken furniture.

Insurance you may ask? Yes I was told that covered items accidentally damaged, these are blatant issues.

Bottom line use ANYONE but Morse Moving. They don’t stand behind their movers, their guarantees and they clearly have no ethics, no integrity and no customer care.

Local move from Lake Orion, MI to Portage, MI

Very Professional.

We used Morse Moving to relocate from Lake Orion to Portage. We recently retired and bought a smaller ranch house. Our days of moving ourselves is long gone. So glad we allowed a professional moving company to do the hard work for us. Our salesperson, Emily Weeks, was very helpful and showed us how to safely pack fragile items. The job estimate was very close to our final cost. That's not easy for a larger house. We also had items in storage that she was able to add into the estimate. She stayed in touch and so did the home office. On the day of the move, Mark and his crew (Mike, Reed, Jake, Jacob, Royce and David)were professional, prompt and caring. They started on time and finished early. These guys make sense out of chaos. They are polite, calm and patient. They covered floors, walls and wrapped furniture. I have larger furniture and they skillfully maneuvered the larger pieces up and down tight stairs, turns and small doorways into this smaller home. Never damaged anything. They secured loose items and kept hardware safe and organized. They didn't leave before we were happy with furniture and box placement. I would recommend Morse to anyone. Well worth the money we spent for a first rate job. Thank you Emily and Mark and all those behind the scenes. You made our move easy. We cannot thank you enough.

Long-distance move from Avon, IN to Lake Charles, LA

Interstate Move from Avon In. to Lake Charles, La.

Worst move experience I have ever experienced. Late both days during the packing and loading phase. Damaged wood flooring, put holes in the wall. Packing day showed up with driver and 3 packers late, left the job early not finishing the packing job. Showed up late the next day with only driver and two workers no way they could complete the job, when I called Faith my move coordinator I was told a second crew was to arrive at 1 PM. The crew did not show up until hours later and only because I contacted the General Manager who found out there had never been a second crew confirmed so I was lied to. We the homeowners moved boxes into the garage finished packing the kitchen, moved boxes up from the basement to garage for loading. We finally got out of the house around 10 PM that night with closing on the home scheduled for the next day. Just a horrible experience. Home goods were delivered to our new home and many items had been damaged, for example a dining room chair leg had been broken and glued and taped together, I'm not kidding horrible experience. As I stated before, we have had 6 interstate moves in my career and this was the first time we used this company and you can bet we will never use them again. I just submitted our damage claims today, we shall see how they are handled and provide my review on how this process goes, I'm not expecting a good experience with this process either.

Local move within Indianapolis, IN

My business was not important to them

Not good! Called 2 hours before move and said wanted to reschedule for almost a week later due to mechanical issues. What can I do, I had to be out of my place the next day. They call me back later that night to say they would be at my place the next morning at 8 AM. Guess what? They failed to show. Called their manager who suggested I rent a UHaul truck and move myself. Worst experience ever!
